A Study on the Oxalic Acid Dosimeter Author: Ming-tong Wey, Jing-fang Wang, Mei-yueh Ko, Hue-mu Hou

Abstract：

By using the potassium permanganate oxidation-reduction titration method, the quantities of decomposition in oxalic acid aqueous solution that irradiated by γ-ray from cobalt-60 were estimated. This solution can be used as a chemical dosimeter from the radiation dose of 5 × 10s to 1 × 107 roentgens.
