Construct a Process-model for Multimedia Petri-nets in Delaying and Multi-layer Simulation Author: C.Y. Dai, D.C. Rau, C.W. Chiou, S.W.Chen(Department of Industrial Education , National Taiwan Normal University)

Abstract：

This paper provides a method to improve the weakness of multimedia Petri nets in both the delay of system process and multi-layer simulation. The paper also presents an assistant method which quickly calculates the reachable tree and reachable matrix of the multimedia Petri nets. Although there are different reachable trees and reachable matrixs in the same multimedia Petri nets, the method is independent of the initial value. A formula is used to evaluate the Petri nets complexity for various of initial states. The proposed process model can assist in developing a system from analysis phase by Petri nets to O.O. Programming.
