Estimates for the Modulus of a Torus Shell Author: Wen-Dar Hwang(Department of Mathematics College of Sciences )

Abstract：

Let D (a,b) be a torus shell, it is generated by revolving an open plane circular ring R（a, b）={(x,y)｜1≦(x-a)2+y2≦b2},where 1＜b＜a, about y axis. The main results of this study are as follow：
